About the Job
The LatAm Marketing Manager will oversee operations in Panama and Costa Rica, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed effectively. This role will involve coordinating with local teams, managing campaigns, and aligning strategies with company goals. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Marketing Director, providing updates on progress and performance while ensuring seamless communication between regional efforts and broader company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for Panama and Costa Rica in alignment with the company's overall marketing goals.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media. Oversee and manage the external digital marketing agency, ensuring all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the campaigns.
Brand Awareness & Growth: Increase brand visibility and awareness in both markets by identifying opportunities for local partnerships, events, and promotional activities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to the Marketing Director for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns while meeting targets and goals.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct regular market research to understand consumer behavior, competition, and emerging trends in Panama and Costa Rica to inform marketing decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the local sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives and customer needs.
Compliance & Localization: Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with local regulations and are culturally relevant to each market.
Customer Engagement: Build and nurture customer relationships, utilizing data to personalize marketing efforts. Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System is up to date and is being used efficiently.

Educational Background:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Certifications in areas like e- mail marketing, CRM Systems, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or SEO can be advantageous.
