Every item in our collection is carefully inspected and assembled after production and before shipping. We encourage your immediate and careful inspection upon receipt. Please carefully inspect for any damage or defect. Immediately contact Masaya & Company customer service if you find either shipping damage or manufacturing defect. We will likely ask that you photograph the damage and email a picture to us.

We will examine your claim and respond quickly.
Appropriate credit or prompt exchange will be made when a claim of damage or defect is established. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
In cases where the buyer has employed the shipper, shipping damage claims may not involve us.
